A. User-provided information: When you use the Services, you may provide us with information, including your full name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, geographic area, credit card or other billing information, construction plans or blueprints you’re working on, location and other particulars of a construction project. You may provide us with this information in various ways on the Services. For example, you provide us with information when you register for an account, use the Services, upload any project files for analysis, chat with an estimator on the Services, make a purchase on the Services, or send us customer service-related requests.
B. Cookies, pixels and other tracking technologies: When you use the Services, we, our partners, our advertisers, and third-party advertising networks may use various technologies, including but not limited to cookies, pixels, scripts, and device identifiers, to collect information. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that websites send to a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or setting in the browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie appears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Services. E. Interest-Based or Online Behavioral Advertising: Company may use third-party advertising companies to serve interest-based advertisements to you. These companies compile information from various online sources (including mobile-enabled browsers and applications) to match you with ads that will be the most relevant, interesting, and timely for you. If you would like to opt-out of interest-based advertising, please visit http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#/ . Please note that you will be opted out of all interest-based advertising from all business members of the Network Advertising Initiative for that specific browser on that specific device. If you opt-out, you may continue to see 1build’s or our partners’ online advertisements; however, these ads will not be as relevant to you.
F. Vendor Information: We also collect information from construction vendors and suppliers, including their name, address, website, phone number, email, price lists and other information.
G. Information from Third Party Sources: We may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources such as Clearbit, as permitted by law, which we may combine with other information we receive from or about you.

Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period.
