This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the manner in which 1build, Inc. (“1build”,“we”, “us”, and/or “our”) handles the personal data we collect through our website at  www.1build.com  (the   “Site”)   as   well   as   all   related   websites,   networks, applications and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Policy is displayed (collectively, together with the Site, our “Services”). This Policy, which is incorporated into and is subject to the 1build, Inc. Terms of Services, describes what information we collect, how that information is used, under what circumstances we share information, and the choices you can make about that information. If you are a California resident, please see the additional privacy disclosures inSection 5 below.

1. Information we collect

A. User-provided information: When you use the Services, you may provide us with information, including your full name, email address, phone number, job title, company   name,   geographic   area,   credit   card   or   other   billing   information, construction plans or blueprints you’re working on, location and other particulars of a construction project.  You may provide us with this information in various ways on the Services. For example, you provide us with information when you register for an account, use the Services,  upload  any project files for analysis,  chat with an estimator on the Services, make a purchase on the Services, or send us customer service-related requests.

B.   Cookies,   pixels   and   other   tracking   technologies:  When you use the Services, we, our partners, our advertisers, and third-party advertising networks may use various technologies, including but not limited to cookies, pixels, scripts, and device identifiers, to collect information. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that websites send to a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or setting in the browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie appears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Services. Please review your web browser “Help" file to learn how to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete, or choose not to accept, cookies from the Services, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Services to their fullest potential. We may use third-party cookies on our Services as well. For instance, we use Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data.Google   provides   some   additional   privacy   options   described   atwww.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/   regarding   Google   Analytics   cookies. 1build does not process or respond to web browsers’ “do not track” signals or other similar transmissions that indicate a request to disable online tracking of users who visit our Site or who use our Services. At present, no universally accepted standard exists on how companies should respond to “Do Not Track” signals. In the event a universally   accepted   standard is established, we   will   assess   and provide an appropriate response to these signals.

Location Information: We may obtain information about your physical location, such as by use of GPS and other geolocation features in your device, or by inference from other information we collect (for example, your IP address indicates the general geographic region from which you are connecting to the Internet).

D. Log Information: When using the Services, our servers may record information about your usage of the Services and information that is sent by your browser or device. Log information can include things like the IP address of your device, information about the browser, operating system and/or app you are using, unique device identifiers, pages that you navigate to and links that you click, searches that you run on the Services, and other ways you interact with the Services. If you are logged into the Services, this information is stored with your account information.

E. Interest-Based or Online Behavioral Advertising: Company may use third-party advertising companies to serve interest-based advertisements to you. These companies   compile   information   from   various   online   sources   (including   mobile-enabled browsers and applications) to match you with ads that will be the most relevant, interesting, and timely for you. If you would like to opt-out of interest-based advertising, please visit http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#/ . Please note that   you   will   be   opted   out  of   all   interest-based   advertising   from  all   business members of the Network Advertising Initiative for that specific browser on that specific device. If you opt-out, you may continue to see 1build’s or our partners’ online advertisements; however, these ads will not be as relevant to you.

F. Vendor Information: We also collect information from construction vendors and suppliers, including their name, address, website, phone number, email, price lists and other information.

G. Information from Third Party Sources: We may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources such as Clearbit, as permitted by law, which we may combine with other information we receive from or about you.

Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and   abuse,   analytics,   satisfaction   of   legal   obligations,   or   where   we   otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. If you receive commercial or promotional email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt out from receiving commercial or promotional email from us by sending your request to us by email at support@1build.com or by writing to us at the address given at the end of this policy. Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial   email   from   us   or   otherwise   modify   the   nature   or   frequency   of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period. Additionally, even after you opt out from   receiving   commercial   messages   from   us,   you   will   continue   to   receive administrative messages from us regarding the Services.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

These additional disclosures for California residents apply only to individuals who reside in California. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides additional rights to know, delete and opt out, and requires businesses collecting or disclosing personal information to provide notices and means to exercise those rights. The words used in this section have the meanings given to them in the CCPA, which may be broader than their common meaning. For example, the definition of“personal information” under the CCPA includes your name, but also more general information like your age.

Right to Know and Delete: California residents have the right to delete the personal information we have collected from you, and the right to know certain information about our data practices in the preceding twelve (12) months. In the request, please specify which right you are seeking to exercise and the scope of the request. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete.

C. Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal data to third parties for monetary value. However, the term “sale” is defined broadly in the CCPA. To the extent that“sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include interest-based advertising or other data uses described in Section 2 (How we use your information), we will comply with applicable law with respect to those uses.

D. Authorized Agent: You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission todo so and verify your identity directly.

E. Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any your rights.

F. Shine the Light: California Civil Code §1798.83 permits users of the Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The Services may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third   parties,   including   links   to   construction   vendor   sites   and   services.   Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’  policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the Services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the Services.We encourage you to learn about third parties’ privacy and security policies before providing them with information.

7.Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Services is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under the age of 13 has given us personal data without your consent, please contact us at support@1build.com.

8.Data Security

We use certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain.Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

If we modify this Policy, we will make it available through the Services, and indicate the date of the latest revision.
